Our Sweet Lassi is the quintessential traditional Indian cooling beverage. Prepared by churning rich, high-fat sweet curd (dahi) in our modern, automated stainless-steel mixers until it develops a thick, uniform consistency. Finished with a thick top-layer of fresh cream (malai) and lightly flavored with natural cardamoms and rosewater. A healthy, probiotic-rich summer drink.
Ingredients
Fresh set dahi (milk solids and active cultures), Refined Sugar, Fresh Milk Cream (Malai), Cardamom, Rosewater. No artificial stabilizing agents.
Storage Guide
Keep continuously refrigerated between 1C and 4C. Serve chilled and consume within 2 days of opening.
